Hello, my name is Michele Tadiello and I am from Italy. I had the opportunity to study at Duke University School of Medicine in the United States, where I earned a master's degree in Management in Clinical Informatics. This education has provided me with the necessary knowledge and skills to use digital innovation to improve health equity, a cause that I am deeply passionate about.

With a dedication to this cause, I embarked on One Fact Foundation, a tech non-profit organization that strives to increase healthcare access and equity globally through open-source AI. Our groundbreaking work has received support from esteemed institutions such as Columbia University, Stanford University, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

I am grateful for the chance to stay in the United States while working at One Fact Foundation. My role includes leading the analysis of quality metrics, which helps us understand the relationship between price, cost, and quality.
